The bulk of market volatility is concentrated within the 🇯🇵Asian, 🇪🇺London, and 🇺🇸New York sessions. Your only focus should be on the periods when the market is highly active, providing setups with fast execution. Avoid trading low-liquidity zones.
Killzone (KZ) - is a specific time window with the highest probability of finding and executing a high-tier setup.
📌 Core Timing (UTC+0):
London Open (LO): 07:00
Killzone (KZ): 07:00 – 11:00
HOD / LOD Formation: 07:00 – 09:00
New York Open (NYO): 13:00 (Close – 02:00)
Killzone (KZ): 13:00 – 16:00
London Close (LC): 20:00
Killzone (KZ): 18:00 – 20:00
Session Breakdown:
1️⃣ The Asian Range (00:00 – 04:00):
Using the daily open and the Asian range gives you the framework to determine the asset's bias and future direction for the rest of the day.
2️⃣ London Killzone (07:00 – 09:00):
A vital macro window. During the London session, between 07:00 and 09:00, the High of the Day (HOD) or the Low of the Day (LOD) is usually established.
3️⃣ New York Killzone (13:00 – 16:00):
The NY session is typically characterized by heavy volume, massive expansions, and a significant extension of the daily range.
⚠️My Personal Rules:
I only trade the London and New York (AM) sessions. The absolute best location for trading is Europe and West Asia, where you can easily cover both volatile sessions within your active daytime hours.
