HiAnime has released a new streaming server: HD-3

This server offers one video quality customization option. We are inviting you to try out the new server.

• A new video hosting platform has been introduced within the website.
• If you are to encounter any errors whilst streaming, you may whitelist the new video streaming service within your antivirus software to stream without interruptions.

PHISHING ALERT & CONSTANT BUFFERING

Many may have noticed that the website is currently facing some issues surrounding the On-screen phishing alert on the Main Domain & the constant buffering due to unstable servers.

Phishing Alert
User's may have encountered a phishing warning when trying to access our main domain. We want to assure you that this alert is a false positive.

To simply explain the cause; false reports were lodged to Cloudflare, indicating the website is not the real HiAnime and contains malicious properties. These false reports were issued with the intent to damage the website's reputation and to deter user's away from our Official Domain.

The main domain is still accessible and most importantly safe to use, simply press on the "Ignore & Proceed" option, or as an alternative, you may use our Proxy Domains, you may find our list at HiAnime(.)tv

And rest assured, the phishing alert will be resolved in a matter of few hours, and user's will be redirected a new domain extension, effectively closing this false phishing notice.

Constant Buffering & What are we doing to fix it?
Our servers have been experiencing instability, leading to slow load times and buffering. We're aware of this and are currently optimizing and scaling resources to stabilize our servers for a better User Experience, this change will be noticeable in about of 6-12 hours time.

DOMAIN UPDATE : PROXY ADDITIONS

Two new proxy websites have been added and updated to the alternative domains directory.

FUNCTIONALITY UPDATE : ERROR FIXES

• The captcha verification error has been resolved.
• The inability to add movies to user watchlists and the errors related to it's operations have been rectified.

VERIFICATION SYSTEM

E-mail verification & Password Reset services has now been restored for the following ESPs :

• Gmail.
• Outlook.

Users may now proceed account verification processes and password reset requests via the website accordingly.

TECHNICAL UPDATE : PLATFORM FIXES

・The comments sections for episodes 2,3,6,7 of the Anime Astra Lost in Space has been restored to normal functionality. Possible issues of it's operations have been resolved.
・The public presence of watch-lists has been fixed. User watchlists shall now be available for open view when set to public visibility accordingly.
・The MAL Export feature has been reinstated to working order. Exports to formats .txt, .json and .xml are now operational.
Note : Imports to MAL is only possible via an XML file.

We have received multiple reports regarding a social media page falsely claiming to be affiliated with HiAnime and impersonating our official platforms. Do be informed that we have no connection with such social media pages nor it is related to our operations.

Any and all information you receive from outside our official networks is counterfeit and not related to us in any manner.
