The Light in Our Energy

We are here in this world to heal, not harm.

Perhaps that is one of the quietest truths our souls already know.

We are here to be gentle with one another.

To carry light into places that have known too much darkness.
To offer kindness where a heart has grown weary.
To be a soft place for another soul to land when life has felt too heavy.

We are not here to break what is already tender.

We are not here to dim another person’s light, question their worth, or leave them carrying wounds created by our hands, our words, or our absence of compassion.

We are here to love more deeply.

To listen more carefully.

To look at one another and remember that every person we meet is carrying a story we cannot fully see.

There is something almost sacred about choosing kindness when the world gives us every reason to become hardened.

There is something angelic about being the person who brings peace into a room.

The person whose presence feels warm.

The person whose words do not wound.

The person who leaves another human being feeling seen, respected, and somehow lighter than they were before.

That is a beautiful way to live.

To become the calm in someone’s storm.

The hand that reaches without judgement.

The smile that reminds someone they are still part of something beautiful.

The voice that says, without even needing the words:

You matter here.

Your heart matters.

Your light matters.

We may never know how deeply one small act of kindness travels.

A gentle sentence may become the very thing someone remembers on their hardest day.

A moment of compassion may repair something we never knew was hurting.

A little warmth may become a doorway back to hope.

And perhaps this is how we help heal the world.

Not always through grand gestures.

But through the energy we carry.

Through the love we give.

Through the grace we choose.

Through the way we allow another soul to feel safe in our presence.

We are all passing through this life together for such a brief and precious time.

So may we walk softly.

May we leave hearts more whole than we found them.

May we be remembered for our tenderness.

May we choose love even when no one is watching.

And may the footprints we leave upon this world be made of kindness, compassion, grace and light.

Because we are not here to harm one another.

We are here to help each other remember the goodness still living within us.

We are here to heal.

We are here to love.

We are here to leave a little more light behind than there was when we arrived.

Much like the flower opens to the sun, our whole body needs to take in these energies. Wherever there is tension, where there is resistance, there is fear, worry, doubt or anger, there also is density. The dense areas are where the intensity of the energies can become unbareable.
Opening up is key to the integration and the letting go of all struggle and suffering.

Say to yourself
"I'm letting go of all resistance, and I am opening up completely to these new energies. I let them flow through me and I put myself onto this stream, and into the hand of the divine. I am one with the wave. So be it" 🙏🏼🌸🍀

It brings interconnectedness with all life and life forms. A deepening, a respect, a honoring of the Divine within all and everyone and everything.
The expansion of consciousness with the open, loving heart.
The deep realization, that there is only Love:- all else is illusion.
It is this all-abiding love, ever present, which lifts us, so that we can spread our wings and rise higher than ever before, and live life from our hearts and souls, and ever more authentically.
Yes, the heart and soul knows: simplicity and authenticity are true soul mates.
They enhance each other.
There is so much loving and living to do.
Embrace it fully.
Feel it. LIVE it.
Be it.
For in truth, all is ONE.
There is so much to be grateful for, every living, breathing, loving moment.
