I've worked with clients who pay $4–$5 per hour for cold callers, and significantly more for positions like Closers. So I have to ask: how long are we going to keep accepting offers of EGP 15,000–20,000?

What surprises me even more is when that amount is advertised as a gross salary, not net. For those who may not know, gross means your earnings before deductions and often includes bonuses or KPI-based incentives, while net is what you actually take home.

By continuing to accept these low offers, we're setting a lower standard for the entire market. If agencies are taking a reasonable margin to cover the office, dialer, software, management, and operations, that's completely understandable—businesses need to make a profit. But when the gap becomes excessive, it's the agents who end up carrying the burden.

This isn't meant to attack any company or recruiter. It's simply a call for fair compensation and for professionals to recognize the value of their skills and experience. If we don't value our work, it's difficult to expect the market to value it either.
